The following covers the limitations of my practice, indications for referral and set details for service.

INDICATIONS FOR REFERRAL:

• The client is referred out when it is the most appropriate option. I will refer them to either a licensed psychologist, psychiatrist, addiction treatment specialist, protective shelter facilitator and or other health care professional. It is very important that everyone gets the help they need.

• I reserve the right to refuse service under the following circumstances and will offer a referral for the individual: self-harm, harm towards others, untreated addiction, untreated mental health issues and or untreated physical health issues. 

 

SET DETAILS FOR SERVICE:

 

Being on time for your appointment

• If you are late for your appointment your appointment still ends on time because other clients will be waiting for their appointment to start on time and your tardiness can not affect their sessions.

Payment

• All sessions are paid for in advance when you are booking your appointment.

 

Canceling your appointment

• Your appointment must be canceled 24 hours in advance. You will receive a full refund in that case. However, after that, you will receive 50% of your payment back.
